Our story began with our two daughters and a rescued mini horse named Tiny.

The journey began with our undying love for horses. Our daughters, both avid riders and competitors, found a loyal friend in Tiny, the mini horse.

Searching for a home for Tiny led us to envision a haven that would serve not only as a dwelling for our beloved horse but also as a paradise for couples looking to tie the knot amidst nature's serenity.

Tiny now shares his space with 10 friends including our highland cows Milkshake and Moonpie and our special donkey Jasper.

Weddings have always been close to our hearts

The idea of combining our love for horses and our fascination with weddings sparked the creation of Chickadee Hill Farms.

Why the name Chickadee Hill Farms?

It's a tribute to our twin daughters, who were lovingly referred to as “little chickadees” by their grandmother.

Born in Massachusetts, a state represented by the Chickadee bird, the name holds a special meaning for us. It symbolizes the birthplace of our daughters and represents the beauty, resilience, and spirit of our family.

Today is different

Today, Chickadee Hill Farms is not only a homestead for our horse Tiny but a prime location for weddings and special events.

Our expansive property provides a picturesque backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, and photoshoots, allowing couples to embark on their journey of love amidst enchanting vistas.
